This study explores an innovative approach to overcoming the accessibility challenges of traditional ePROM collection methods, such as SMS and email, by leveraging AI-driven IVR technology. Our findings demonstrate the potential of IVR systems to make PROM collection more inclusive and scalable while addressing common barriers faced by elderly individuals and those with visual impairments.
