Feasibility of OMOP-CDM Harmonization in Colorectal Cancer Patients: A Study in a Private Hospitals’ Network in Portugal
Discover how our collaboration with CUF is advancing patient-centered real-world evidence collection with AI-driven solutions. Our study explores the feasibility of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) by analyzing colorectal cancer (CRC) patient data from a private hospital network in Portugal. Leveraging the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM), we harmonized health records with nearly 100% data quality, revealing critical insights into patient demographics, diagnostics, and care pathways. This work highlights the transformative potential of federated data in understanding complex patient journeys.
