On Thursday 26 November 2026, Promptly Health brings its UK partner network together at art’otel London Hoxton for The Evidence Network. This invitation-only, one-day forum runs from 8:45 am to 4:50 pm. It gathers the NHS organisations that have been building federated health data research with us, and for the first time they will all be in the same room.
The day is built around three words: evidence, learning and sustainability. Every session explores at least one of them, and the close brings all three together. We want to answer one question together, and it is easier to ask than to deliver: how does a network that connects data become a network that learns from it?
It is a practitioner forum. Partners will talk candidly about what federated analytics has taken to deliver on live projects, what has been hard, and what we have learned along the way.

The Evidence Network brings together clinical, research, data and innovation leaders from NHS partners in Newcastle, Manchester, London (UCLH), Oxford, Wigan and Glasgow. Bringing these leaders together in one room is how we turn individual successes into shared learning for the whole network.
