01/01/2024We are thrilled to announce that we are the providers for the Hospital Smart development in the groundbreaking Heart bAIt project. This initiative, focuses on the #remote and unobstructed assessment of vital signs for #arrhythmia screening with edge computing.
What´s our role in this project?
The solution, Heart bAIt, utilizes personal smartphones and tablets for photoplethysmography (PPG), a non-invasive optical technology that measures vital signs and blood volume changes. Using the camera and LED flash of these devices, PPG signals are recorded from a fingertip, and the heart rate variation is calculated. 💥
An AI layer, equipped with various models and iterative adjustments, minimizes prediction errors, providing accurate results. This #innovative approach enables #clinical teams to promptly identify #patients with #atrialfibrillation. 🙏
