03/06/2024Promptly has developed an AI-driven platform to automate and streamline the mapping of clinical vocabularies to OMOP-CDM, addressing a key bottleneck in data harmonization across Real-World Evidence (RWE) networks. This platform, integrated within the ETL pipeline, uses AI to suggest target concepts and alerts clinicians to review mappings, minimizing manual efforts.
The alpha version allows clinicians to search and select OMOP-CDM concepts collaboratively and exports finalized mappings for database use, enhancing scalability and efficiency in vocabulary harmonization.
